Selling Florida house before it became condemned

Selling Florida house before it became condemned

I absolutely purchased a lemon at home.

I should have left everything in its same condition.

I did a bunch of remodeling and my house started to rebel. I changed the configuration of the living room that added so much extra expense to the project. After that, the plumbing started to be an issue. Adding up-to-date plugs means I have electrical problems. I deal with bi-weekly things like difficult water staining my fixtures, cracked ceilings, water spots, soft places on the floor, and walls that would like to come down. I realized that I needed to sell my house before it became condemned. Something was structurally wrong with the house. It wasn’t put together well or wasn’t ran tests on right. I needed to get out before I was on the hook for large financial expenses. I was afraid to put the place on the market. The last thing I wanted was to have a record of major harm and repairs needed. Going for a money offer seemed like the smarter thing. I mean if you just looked at the house and walked through, it seemed super normal. If you spent a lot of time and fully moved things around, then you observed real problems. The money house client was great about giving me a honorableprice. She observed some of my problems, but not all of them. I feel I got better than I should have due to this. I am absolutely glad that a Florida house client was willing to take it before it became condemned.
