I started a lumber supplier in Jacksonville that started doing better plus better; I began looking at more possibilities for storage to hold more wood in the store.
I started getting into pallet racking, then all the different types of woods were stacked on top of each other to have more product in store, but to save space, and then I realized I had enough supplier to open up a second store.
I needed to transport a bunch of my product to the second store to get it started. Thankfully I had all my material on pallet racks, I just needed a warehousehold freight broker to do the actual moving of the wood… Since I didn’t want my materials to get wet, dropped, or pulled apart, I needed a mover that specialized in pallet rack freight. I lucked out plus found one that operates out of Jacksonville, Florida. I found that they are ocean cargo brokers, LTL freight brokers, plus warehousehold relocation movers. They also are a GlobalTranz partner which means an added level of sophistication plus security. I was more than cheerful that everything was all squared away plus done right with these people. All my pallets of wood go to stay together. I moved just enough to get my second supplier going separate from totally affecting the first. After that I just ordered more pallet racks plus wood to keep the store flush with product. If I ever need another warehousehold open, I will hunt down that Jacksonville freight broker again. They handled my warehousehold relocation with total ease.
